BOOKING POLICIES

READ BEFORE SCHEDULING

  • ADD EVERYONE’S INFORMATION. If you are reserving more than one room, please make sure that you fill out the information for everyone in the party. It’s important our guests read the informative waiver before the visit.

  • SURPRISE VISITS. Floating is an amazing experience to share with a loved one, but probably not as a surprise. Not everyone is comfortable with getting their hair wet, or the idea of sensory deprivation. Being prepared for the service is vital to your enjoyment of it. If you insist on a surprise, please call and let us know. The appointment must be pre-paid, and you must arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork. There are no refunds if anyone in the party is unable to complete the service. Please ask for a copy of our waiver before booking, so you can make sure everyone’s good to float first.

  • FIRST TIME GUESTS. First time visitors are asked to schedule a 60 minute float for the first appointment to include time for a tour and walk-through of the service. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled float to receive a tour and introduction to your service. If you are running late, please call to let us know. If we don’t hear from you, the tanks are drained 15 minutes after the hour, and you are charged for the no-show. 13yo and older to float.

  • CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the service cost). No-show appointments are charged 100% of the appointment cost.

  • HAIR COLOR. For oxidative hair color like grey coverage, lowlights, or tonal change, wait two weeks before floating. Fashion colors and direct pigments can take longer. If you have a fashion color that requires lightening your hair first, then coloring the hair after, make sure your wet hair doesn’t stain a white towel before booking. We may have to test as well. Swim caps are not permitted for hair color.

  • SPRAY/FAUX TAN. Wait 5 days before you float.

  • Avoid caffeine before your float.

  • You may experience a certain level of discomfort while floating if you shave or wax the same day before your appointment.

  • Hydrate and be sure to eat a light meal 1-2 hours prior to your float.

  • If you wear contact lenses, make sure to bring a case and solution.

  • Swimsuits are not recommended. You have your own personal private suite.
